Laura Park was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her artist husband Trip Park and their four children. Laura Park set out to be an elementary teacher long before painting, but her interior design interests took over when she started her business, Laura Park Designs. Now painting full time, Laura’s playful style seems to harken back to her days as a teacher, yet her sophisticated colors and abstract visions definitely take on a more learned approach as she explores a wide variety of still life’s and color studies.
